What You'll Do:
As an HR Advisor, you’ll be the go-to for managers and employees, offering expert guidance on everything from recruitment to employee development, performance management, and employee relations. You’ll ensure our client is not just compliant with UK and Irish employment law but excelling at supporting their team.

Key Responsibilities as an HR Advisor:
• As an HR Advisor you will offer day-to-day HR support on employee relations, performance management, absence, and disciplinary matters.
• Lead recruitment efforts—writing job descriptions, posting roles, shortlisting, interviewing, and managing offers.
• Keep up-to-date and compliant with UK and Irish employment laws.
• Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, and investigations.
• Support performance reviews and guide managers on employee development.
• As an HR Advisor you will drive the implementation of key HR initiatives and projects.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Lead HR projects focused on engagement, diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
• Coordinate learning and development programmes to foster career growth.

What You Bring as an HR Advisor:
• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist, ideally in a multi-site or international environment(experience covering the UK and Ireland is advantageous).
Strong knowledge of UK and Irish employment law.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
